This introductory level course will provide a rapid survey of major topics and themes in developmental biology in parallel with hands-on exposure to a variety of experimental approaches, technologies and model systems (Drosophila, Xenopus, chick, and mouse).
This course is for first- or second-year students interested in developmental biology. Although the course takes place in January 2010, you should register for this course when you register for the fall semester 2009.
